Our traditional programs consist of the following:
- Kali-Silat -
Kali Silat is a fast paced and exciting form of light contact stick sparring that safely increases a persons cardio while developing speed, flexibility and agility.
Through the practice of precision we develop focus. Through proper application of technique we learn to find alternatives to challenging situations.
Whether you want to increase your strength and stamina for general health or hone your thinking skills, you can reap the benefits of this ancient and beautiful artform!
- Tae Kwon Do -
A Korean martial art, a particularly aggressive form of karate, that utilizes punches, kicks, chops, blocking and choking moves, and especially powerful, leaping kicks.
FITNESS:
- Fit Defense -
An intense fitness workout utilizing medicine balls, dumb bells, punching bags and kicking shields with a vigorous calisthenics regiment. A great change to your normal everyday workout!
BOXING / KICKBOXING:
We are affiliated with USA Boxing and train competitors on an amateur to a professional skill level.
